REFUND POLICY
It is the policy of Lane Tours, to issue refunds of deposits for tours canceled more than 30 days before departure date. Deposit refunds will be issued at the end of the month in which you cancelled.
If you cancel your tour within less than 30 days of departure, you forfeit your deposit cost. However, in the event that an individual has been placed on a waiting list and is willing to take your seat or if you find someone else to take your seat, your deposit will be refunded within 30 days after tour completion in the amount of your original deposit less a $15 handling charge for reservation changes.
If a tour destination requires a final tour count prior to 30 days in advance of departure, Lane Tours will abide by the destination reservation and cancellation policy. Any destination deadlines which differ from Lane Tours policy will be indicated in tour information. For destination deadlines, no refunds will be issued after final reservation date. If you find someone else to take your seat, it will be your responsibility to collect the amount of tour cost from that person.
In the event that a tour is canceled by Lane Tours, you will receive a 100% refund of any deposits within 30 days of cancellation date. You will be given the option to receive your refund by check or by travel voucher.
